La Fin du Monde is one of my favorite ales from the talented brewers at Unibroue in Quebec.  It is both a wonderful drink, and an experience; usually best paired with good food and good friends. I don't have it very often, because it is so expensive. But if I can find any tomorrow, I'll grab a bottle.
